I wonder if I am the only one who likes to sometimes place myself in a position that is amusing to either just myself or anyone who might happen to notice. While testing a camera for a friend in Annapolis I came across this scene on a cold day when few people were at the harbor. Perhaps that is what this person was doing, or perhaps he was hearing something I was not.
